The purposes of this research were to find 1) the level of instructional supervision performance in the schools of Bangkok Archdiocese , 2) the level of learner center approach of instruction in the schools of Bangkok Archdiocese and 3) the instructional supervision performance affecting learner center approach in the schools of Bangkok Archdiocese. The samples were 32 schools of Bangkok Archdiocese. The respondents were administrators, Academic assistant administrators, heads of experience groups, and teachers. The data were collected from October to November 2002. The research instruments were questionnaires on instructional supervision performance in regard to the view-points of Glickman and others, and the learner center approach according to the indicators of the instructional efficiency development center, Office of the National Education Commission. The statistics used for data analysis were frequencies (f), percentage (%), means (X), standard deviation (S.D.), and stepwise multiple regression analysis by using SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Science) The findings revealed that : The supervision performance in the schools of Bangkok Archdiocese as a whole was at a high level, the level of learner center approach of instruction in the schools of Bangkok Archdiocese as a whole was at a high , and the instructional supervision performance affecting learner center approach in the schools of Bangkok Archdiocese was direct personal support and professional development.
