The purposes of this research were to compare the expectation and actual practice of senior scout and girl guide learning activity administration Ratrardupatham School and to find out the needed of senior scout and girl guide learning activities administration. The respondents of this study were the 54 senior scouts master and girl guides master in Ratrardupatham School. The questionnaires were used as instrument for collecting the data. The statistical treatment were Percentage (%) , Meu (() and Rho (() The findings of this study were the following : 1. The expectation of senior scouts master and girl guides master on learning activities in overall and each aspects were at highly level and actual practice in overall and each aspects were at moderate level. 2. There were difference between the expectation and actual practice on senior scout and girl guide learning activities. 3. The senior scouts master and girl guides master needed for equal chance in performance plan, budget supporting in each level, equipments on senior scout and girl guide learning activities, enhancing for training , learning activities that coresponds with the curiculum and needed for supervise based on the curiculum respectively.
